Our goal as a volunteer board / organization is to help others gain the same kind of benefits that
we enjoyed as parents of bowlers who were presented with opportunities to compete on tours
similar to the NWIJTPA and secure college scholarships. We try to provide the greatest return to the
bowlers and their families in the form of scholarships, sport experience, and collegiate visibility.
During the 19-20 season, our "Total Bowler Benefits toTotal Player Revenues" was 95.5%.
This number was lower than previous seasons due to reduced sponsorship dollars caused by COVID 19
impact but still pretty good. Total Player revenues (entry fees + membership fees) were $42,515 while Total Player
Benefits (Scholarships, Champions Awards, Recognition Awards) totaled $40,590. This equated to $52.30 out of $54.79
revenue per entry going back to the players. The net cost - including lineage - amounted to $2.49 or approximately $0.37
per game bowled. Our goal for 20-21 will bring this back to ZERO.

|Check out the NWIJTPA's value performance
as compared to two other youth tours that
had events on the same day as the Calumet
NWIJTPA is TOUR 2 in the charts.
Our goal is to achieve a NET ZERO cost to
our members. Didn't quite get there for event
1, but I have to wonder what the real goals &
objectives are of some (not all) other tours,
especially TOUR 1 in the chart. Just as a
comparison between the NWIJTPA and
TOUR 1, there was a division with the same
number of bowlers, TOUR 1 took in $200
more in entry fee revenue and paid out
almost $700 less in scholarships. That's
roughly $24 more in costs per bowler on
Tour 1. Yikes!! For the overall day, with the
same number of games bowled, TOUR 1
took in nearly $1200 more in entry fees and
paid out $900 less..sad!
